Automatically Collect Email Addresses

If you want Flubaroo to share grades with your students (via email or Google Drive), you will need to collect their email address. This can be accomplished by adding a question to your Form that asks the student to type-in their email address.

But did you know that you can automatically collect email addresses of anyone in your school's domain? This requires that your school be using Google Apps for Education (GAFE). Here's how you do it:

1. Create a new form

2. At the top of the form, check the box that says "Automatically collect respondent's username". See the photo below:

If you don't see this as an option, it's because you're not using a GAFE account.

3. The spreadsheet containing the submissions will automatically collect email addresses in a column called "Username" (highlighted in yellow below):
